Oviedo Mall is private property committed to offering a safe, respectful, and family-friendly environment for all guests. To maintain this standard, we ask that all visitors comply with the following guidelines:

BE RESPECTFUL

We ask that all guests maintain courteous and respectful behavior. The following are not permitted:

• Fighting, physical altercations, or provoking confrontations
• Harassment, bullying, or threatening behavior
• Shouting, using obscene or abusive language, or making loud, disruptive noises
• Playing music or videos through personal devices without headphones
• Defacing, damaging, or destroying mall property, including that of tenants or patrons
• Smoking or vaping (including e-cigarettes) inside the mall or within 25 feet of any entrance

BE OBSERVANT AND RESPONSIBLE

All guests must adhere to Federal, State, and Local laws and mall policies. The following activities are prohibited:

• Possession or consumption of alcohol outside of licensed establishments or permitted special events
• Possession or use of illegal substances
• Possession of weapons of any kind, except by authorized law enforcement
• Photography, filming, live streaming, or video recording without prior written permission from mall management
• Use of drones, AI-enabled devices, or recording equipment without authorization
• Solicitation, distribution of literature, petitions, or promotional materials without express approval
• Creating content for social media that disrupts other guests or violates any part of this Code of Conduct
• Loitering or occupying mall seating for extended periods without the intent to shop, dine, or engage with mall services

BE SAFE

We prioritize the safety and comfort of everyone in our community. Please refrain from:

• Riding bicycles, skateboards, hoverboards, scooters, or motorized vehicles inside or around the mall
• Running, horseplay, or disruptive physical activity
• Climbing or sitting on railings, tables, walls, planters, trash cans, or other non-designated seating areas
• Blocking entrances, storefronts, or walkways in a way that disrupts foot traffic or public peace
• Throwing any objects, including toys and food
• Bringing pets, except trained and registered service animals
• Failing to follow mall staff, security, or law enforcement instructions during emergencies, drills, or evacuations

DRESS APPROPRIATELY

To maintain a respectful, family-friendly environment, the following dress code is enforced:

• Clothing must not display obscene, offensive, or derogatory language or imagery
• Pants must be worn at or above the waistline; sagging is not allowed
• Swimwear, including bikinis and bikini tops, is not permitted
• Shirts and footwear are required at all times, except for small children in designated play areas
• Clothing must not expose undergarments, buttocks, or chest areas
• Costumes, full-face masks, or face coverings that obscure identity are not permitted, unless for documented medical or religious reasons

Mall Management reserves the right to determine appropriate attire and conduct. Guests who do not comply with the code may be asked to leave.
